The Vendor Programme
Vendor Support
Helping vendors make the peptides market safer
We work with vendors who are willing to be measured. If your product can stand in front of an instrument, Medutest gives you a credible, independent way to prove it — and gives your customers a reason to trust you.
Two ways to work with us
Launch with Medutest
A fast track to a public listing for a new vendor or a new product. Samples are anonymised and run through our standard pipeline, then published to the ledger.
- Published on the Medutest site — accelerates your public listing
- Counts toward your Medutest Rating (two results are enough for a tentative rating)
- COAs are verifiable at medutest.com/verify
- COAs are anonymised — no brand name shown
- Our 15 main listed products accepted
- Lyophilised powder form
- Ship 4 samples to obtain 2 tests
Private Testing
Confidential testing for your own use — vetting suppliers, qualifying a batch, or quality-assuring your supply chain — on the same methodology and instruments, at volume pricing.
- Not published by default — for your own use (add the Pulse option to host results publicly)
- Does not count toward a Medutest Rating
- Verification provided by the issuing laboratory
- COAs carry your company name and batch identifiers
- Practically any peptide, blend or form factor accepted
- Raw powder, lyophilised powder, capsules, liquid or gel
- Ship 1 sample per test
What we expect from vendors
We evaluate samples on objective standards, with one aim: helping buyers manage their risk before and after a purchase. Vendors who want to work with us are held to five expectations.
Measurable quality
Every sample should meet its advertised identity, purity and quantity, and pass sterility and contamination criteria. We measure against pharmacopoeial limits, not marketing copy.
Consistency
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and automate filling so that every vial in a batch is alike. We expect minimal in-batch variation between the sample we test and the one your customer receives.
Product identification
Batch IDs printed on the container, clear information about what each vial contains, the ability to recall a batch, and publicly accessible batch test results.
Sincerity and transparency
Do not distribute doctored Certificates of Analysis, and do not make misleading claims to customers about what your products are or contain.
Steady testing volume
Enough samples from each batch should reach Medutest for us to keep generating fresh, credible safety data on your products over time — a single good result two seasons ago is not reassurance.
Filing an objection to test data
Medutest publishes tests of samples submitted by the public, and as a matter of policy, published results are not removed. If you believe a published result is incorrect, fraudulent, or contains an error, you can file a formal objection through a fair and transparent process — free of charge.
We take data accuracy seriously. Submit your objection with supporting evidence, and we will review it on these grounds:
- Clear laboratory errors acknowledged by the testing facility
- Verified sample mix-ups or chain-of-custody issues
- Fraudulent or tampered data, with verifiable evidence
- Incorrect vendor or product attribution
Where a correction is warranted, the correction notice is posted alongside the original data, for full transparency. We do not remove published data without clear, verifiable evidence of error.
Programmes for vendors
Beyond a listing, a set of optional programmes lets you make your quality commitment visible and build it into how you sell.
Medutest Pulse — add-on
Pulse is an add-on to Private Testing. Your samples are anonymised and tested alongside all other Medutest samples — never as an isolated, identified one-off — and the COAs are re-issued with your name once results are known to us. This mitigates conflicts of interest and reduces the shared-flaw risk of testing a single batch.
Pulse results are listed on the Medutest site and verifiable at medutest.com/verify. They do not count toward your Medutest Rating, but they build a visible, growing track record of verified quality that you can link to from your own product pages — or embed as a Medutest widget.
Vendor Registration — free or premium
Register your peptides business to give the public clarity on your policies and practices. An optional premium tier ($279/month) adds a custom logo and 10% off your Launch with Medutest orders.
Customer Submissions — free
Most of the samples we test are already submitted by the public. You can encourage your own customers to contribute by pointing them to medutest.com/free-sample-test.
Incentives are welcome, with one condition: they must be limited to products the customer has already chosen to buy, and the customer must be free to choose which of several vials from the same batch they send.
Grow with Medutest — paid
Subsidise your customers' testing costs so we accept every submission for your products, and receive additional reporting insights in return. We can build co-branded activation assets — a custom submission page, an insert for your shipments, shipping materials — issue unique activation codes, and send you monthly usage reports.
Marketing with Medutest — free or paid
Use your Medutest ratings and certificates in your own marketing to demonstrate quality and build customer confidence, under clear usage guidelines.
Supercharge your testing — paid
Put the Medutest infrastructure to work across your supply chain: qualify new suppliers, and maintain quality batch after batch, on the same methodology we use for the public ledger.
A firm line on integrity
We keep strict submission policies so the public can trust what they read. To protect the integrity of the rating system, Medutest does not accept samples sent directly by vendors — the one exception being the restricted Launch with Medutest programme, used to bring a genuinely new vendor or product to market.
We never accept payment to modify a rating or delete a result, and we do not remove published data except in the limited cases handled by our objection process.
